Willpower is necessary for excellent work

Shri T.N. Seshan, the Chief Election Commission of the Government of India, now has made many changes in his tenure that his former chairman could not do. Earlier elections were rigged, fake votes were cast. Dabang political leaders used to conduct elections by doing booths at the booth. According to his plan, he shifted the small temple overnight and shifted it to one corner of the plot and made a small gate for the temple from outside on the corner. On the second day public outrage spread and the matter reached the Chief Minister. The public demanded immediate action against the commissioner. In order to please the people, the Chief Minister had to transfer him. This was possible due to his strong will power and later the auction was done and there the government earned crores of rupees from the plot.

 

In Ajmer, on the way to the Dargah of Garib Nawaz Khwaja, Muslim people had encroached on both sides. Due to this horrific encroachment, the complaints of inconvenience to the common commuters and traffic jams reached the Chief Minister due to the road being narrow. For a solution, the then Chief Minister called the then District Collector and discussed it. Then the collector said- I will make a plan for this work and get it completed overnight. But you will have to remove me later on public demand. This was possible due to the strong will power of that collector madam and after that he had to be transferred immediately in front of public pressure.
